Dataset Summary
本数据集汇集了空间转录组领域的两项重要研究数据。所有数据均已转换为标准的 .h5ad (AnnData) 格式，并包含空间坐标信息（adata.obsm['spatial']）。
MAGIC-seq (Nature Genetics, 2024): 提供小鼠发育过程中的全景空间转录组图谱。

169 complete ReAct trajectories in which an LLM agent was asked, in plain language, to run
a real spatial-transcriptomics analysis — and then actually ran it: writing Python, executing it
against real datasets through the SpatialOmicsLab MCP tool servers, reading the errors, and iterating.
