ConvergeCELL Source Datasets — v1.0.0
Cached H5ADs of every single-cell RNA-seq dataset registered in the
ConvergeCELL data catalog. Mirrors the original sources (GEO, figshare,
Tabula Sapiens, CellxGene) so downstream code has a single, fast, versioned
endpoint to fetch from.
Each row of every h5ad is one cell; each column is one gene (HGNC symbol).
The exact obs/var schema follows whatever the original source provided —
this bundle does not re-annotate, harmonize, or QC. For a… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/nicolas-lynn/vcell-perturbation-source-data.joint_vcentric_aux_multi_s200joint_vcentric_auxvcell-coexpr-baselines
ConvergeCELL Coexpression Baselines — v0.1.0
Per-tissue gene–gene correlation matrices trained on the
ConvergeCELL Pseudobulk Panel
(panel size pb20, restricted to 8,000 HVGs).
Each baseline is a fitted :class:CoexpressionBaselineModel — predicts gene
expression via Y = (X − μ)/σ @ C @ σ + μ. Useful as the co-expression
floor any foundation model must beat to claim it has learned anything
beyond gene–gene correlation structure.

ConvergeCELL Pseudobulk Panel — v1.0.0
Multi-tissue, multi-cell-type pseudobulk library built from public single-cell
RNA-seq datasets. Each pseudobulk size (1 / 5 / 10 / 20 cells) is published as
a separate H5AD; downstream code picks the granularity that fits the task.
