Darija OmniASR MoulSot adaptation step 1000

Native OmniASR/fairseq2 training checkpoint for Moroccan Darija ASR.

This repository preserves the complete checkpoint directory so training can be resumed. It is not a Transformers from_pretrained() export. The original server path was /home/skiredj.abderrahman/badr/darija-ctc/outputs/omniasr_moulsot80_from_step6000_retry2/ws_1.101fd6a3/checkpoints/step_1000. Integrity hashes are stored in manifest.json.
