Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use and incorporated Prohibited Use Policy. A complete copy of the April 1, 2026 agreement is included as GEMMA_TERMS_OF_USE_2026-04-01.txt; the required NOTICE.txt is included alongside it. Recipients must review and comply with those terms before using or redistributing the model.

Saley verifies the exact byte count and SHA-256 before activation. The app embeds no Hugging Face credential, and anonymous HTTPS acquisition remains a user-initiated foreground transaction.
