Controlled comparison of black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev against the ArchForge Mamluk LoRA on a fixed six-prompt suite.

Identical seed, step count, guidance scale and resolution across both runs — only the adapter differs. That is what makes the comparison controlled.
