Training data (honesty)

• —Source: framework-filtered Kenyan PSA English (real + labeled synthetic).
• —Targets: silver NLLB zero-shot seeds (verified=false), auto-QC filtered.
• —Not human gold. Do not treat outputs as officially verified.
