Carnatic Pitch→Swara Transcription (PYIN quantizer)

PYIN F0 → tonic-relative nearest-svara on per-raga measured grids → swara sequence. Rule-based reference (no trained weights). Requires the raga's tonic + name at inference. Positions measured empirically from the Varnam dataset. Reference: Jiang et al. 2024 (pitch route).
