Mask2Former 4-class free-space segmentation head addon for the catskill/colreg-deimv2-x-negmix detector. Loaded alongside that detector and fed the same frozen DINOv3 ViT-S+ backbone forward (one pass, +~34% latency). Classes: obstacle / water / sky (trained 4-class static/dynamic, merged to 3).

LaRS val: Q 75.0 @1536 / 72.3 @1760. Benchmark (A30 MIG, 1760, bs1): combined det+seg 136 ms vs two separate models 209 ms.

This repo holds only the ~7M head weights; the detector backbone weights live in catskill/colreg-deimv2-x-negmix and are not duplicated here.
