Research-preview QLoRA adapter for structured, cited KVKK workflow suggestions. It is part of an evidence-first system: deadlines are calculated by the rules engine, current legal material comes from versioned official-source retrieval, and consequential actions always require authorised human review.

Version 2 is aligned to the published 51-workflow catalog and every workflow is included in the release gate. Scores below are synthetic contract tests, not a legal-compliance claim or real-world accuracy estimate.

The adapter was trained only on deterministic synthetic scenarios. It is not legal advice, does not establish compliance, and must not autonomously submit a notice, choose a legal basis, sign a contract or delete production data.
