Download the checkpoint together with its metadata:

config.json describes the checkpoint; it does not change the weights or how Protenix loads them. Include it in custom download scripts as well: Hugging Face uses requests for this file to count model downloads. Downloading only protenix-v2.pt does not contribute to the default counter.
