BF16 mixed precision conversion of https://huggingface.co/pixai-labs/pixai-tagger-v1.0. Refer to original repo for all the info. head.* tensors are kept in FP32.

tagger_pipeline.py in this repo also contains a 2 line change in the last def forward(self, x): to cast x to head's weight dtype which should prevent mismatch if autocast is disabled
