SentenceTransformer based on BAAI/bge-large-en

This is a sentence-transformers model finetuned from BAAI/bge-large-en. It maps sentences & paragraphs to a 1024-dimensional dense vector space and can be used for semantic textual similarity, semantic search, paraphrase mining, text classification, clustering, and more.

Usage

Direct Usage (Sentence Transformers)

First install the Sentence Transformers library:

bash
pip install -U sentence-transformers

Then you can load this model and run inference.

python
from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer

# Download from the 🤗 Hub
model = SentenceTransformer("Ananthu357/Ananthus-BAAI-for-contracts7.0")
# Run inference
sentences = [
    'Interpretation of Standard General Conditions of contract',
    'What are the additional documents that have to be read along with the Standard General Conditions of Contract?',
    'The Contractor shall at his own expense provide himself with sheds, storehouses and yards in such situations and in such numbers as in the opinion of the Engineer is requisite for carrying on the works and the Contractor',
]
embeddings = model.encode(sentences)
print(embeddings.shape)
# [3, 1024]

# Get the similarity scores for the embeddings
similarities = model.similarity(embeddings, embeddings)
print(similarities.shape)
# [3, 3]
