#design — Screens, states and the icon grid.empty states redrawn at 375, 768 and 1440. the 375 one was the only one that was wrong, and it was wrong badly.
the modal and the drawer were solving the same problem twice. proposing we keep the drawer.
contrast on the dark band fails at the muted grey. moved it two steps up, still reads as secondary.
icon grid normalised to 24. eleven icons were off by a half pixel, which is why the row never looked straight.
the import flow is the release. everything else moves to next week.
red main blocks every run. agents stop rather than push on top.
long handles broke the card at 320. it is a min-width, not a truncation — truncating hides whose work it is.
