This static Space provides a research interface for two postoperative Cox models:
- PathoClin: age + MGMT promoter methylation + GTR/STR + binary pathological IDH status.
- 2.5D-qMR-Clin: the same clinical predictors with the continuous 2.5D qMR-derived IDHwt score replacing pathological IDH status.
Data provenance
The coefficients and baseline survival estimates currently included in the interface are provisional workflow-development values. They must be replaced with estimates from the locked patient-level analysis before manuscript reporting or clinical research use. No patient-level dataset is included in this Space.
