rewind to the old version

i need the content of each section to fit on the right, while the sidebar stays on the left. remove general sections, make it the page in french, simplify the dashboard even more

create a dental app, make the design super easy to implement, start with dashboard and go to the other sections (multiple pages), add a sidebar to the left that goes to other sections (statistique, patient, rendez-vous, facture, ordonnance, certificat, dossier), same thing for other sections.
