Web demo for automated Cobb angle measurement on PA/AP spine X-rays using Keypoint R-CNN with 4 corners per vertebra.

Privacy

• —X-rays are processed in memory only and discarded immediately after inference.
• —No images, results, or metadata are stored, logged, or transmitted to third parties.
• —HTTPS by default (provided by Hugging Face).

Model

• —Architecture: Keypoint R-CNN (ResNet-50 FPN backbone)
• —Output: 4 corner keypoints per vertebra × up to 17 vertebrae
• —Training data: AASCE 2019 / SpineWeb dataset (609 X-rays)
• —Pretrained weights from Blankeos/scoliovis
