FFT Spectral Analysis

Generalised two-system FTIR spectral comparison using Fast Fourier Transform.

What it does

Upload spectral files (.PRN, .csv, .txt, .dat, .xls, .xlsx) for two systems (e.g. Cancer vs Normal, Treated vs Control) and the app computes:

• —Raw spectra preview (mean ± 1σ per group)
• —FFT amplitude vs Fourier mode
• —Amplitude vs wavenumber period
• —Statistical analysis (Mann-Whitney, amplitude gap, spectral comparison)
• —Pointwise wavenumber significance with FTIR chemical assignment
• —Classifier-ready CSV for downstream machine learning

Usage

1. 1.Enter system names in the sidebar
2. 2.Upload files for each system (up to 12 per group)
3. 3.Set preprocessing options and wavenumber range
4. 4.Click ▶ Run FFT
5. 5.Download all results as a zip file
