i only need 1 "^" at the end so if there are 2 "^" at the end of a fun fact i need it to only have 1

if the input contains a "Fun Fact:" without a number i will need it to add a number to that one

can i have every fun fact on the outup to be numbers for example but not limited to on the outup "Fun Fact: #1" and "Fun Fact: #2" and even "Fun Fact: #54" and even "Fun Fact: #149" and even "Fun Fact: #2876"

if the fun fact already contains "Fun Fact:" at the biggining and a "^" at the end i want these ones to remain unchanged

can i have a thing that i can copy and paste fun facts into each fun fact input will end with (",) what i need it a thing that removes the (",) from every fun fact and places the words "Fun Fact:" befor each fun fact and a "^" at the end of the fun fact then i need this to be able to be exported as a .txt file
