Full rebuild: prior logbook contained zero executed code and pages were never registered in the page tree. New implementation: exact NS/IF/RIF/DRIF attribution, exact leave-T-out retrain, exponent fits, negative controls (5/5 self-assessed verified)

Fix cross-contaminated pages: index.md and executive-summary had been overwritten with a different paper's (PPI++) content at some point, while claim-1..5 and conclusion remained correct Newton Step content. Republished from the local correct source to fix the 2 wrong pages.
