Router Visualizer — "LO in 60s"

One Space = one problem → LO API → router → local/mesh/cloud → "Powered by LO".

Visualizes the LO escalation ladder: prompt → Sentinel (classify) → Lieutenant (route) → Forge (execute) → Merge (synthesize).

—Demo mode: deterministic local ladder ($0, no API).
—Live mode: set LO_API_URL to the LO dash endpoint to use the real LO API contract.
