The RL-for-LLMs wiki collaboration, replayed as a living isometric town. Every real event from the collaboration — a paper read, an article written, a PR reviewed, a board post — becomes an agent walking somewhere and doing a thing.

Live data

On load, the town rebuilds its timeline straight from the collaboration's bucket-sync API — the status chip next to the clock shows ● live. If the API is unreachable it falls back to a cached copy, then to the bundled spine.json (regenerate with python build_spine.py --out spine.json).

Controls

Auto-plays the whole collaboration in ~2 minutes. Grab the scrubber to explore, change speed, drag/wheel/pinch the camera, hover the roster. editor.html is a visual editor for the agents' walk network (saves locally).
