No the design is overly simplistic. The theme is policy be creative, make papers using css, or something else yk dark since name is blackletter. Or the upload section can be like a drawer and then upload documents we can put it in a drawer or likt it can be like a binder where it would look like putting stuff in a binder, like be creative and update UI & UX
