change desktop header layout to three column with log on the left, navigation in center and address/phone on the right. Give the navigation and address sections some modern UX styling

there needs to be a phone, address and social links in the header

Remove Playfair fonts and use only Poppins

Theme colors are patriotic yet elegant red, white, blues

Lets start this project over. This is a homepage for a used car dealer in Hot Springs Arkansas. They are a generational family owned business that sells to blue-collar families. The theme should be light, modern with a vintage/wholesome feel. Work in the phrase "Serving Arkansas for 40+ years". Their current site is at :https://johngibsonautosales.com

This needs lots of cleanup. The header and footer need styling. Make the header fixed and transparent with white navigation intially and upon scroll, in elegantly transitions into a white background with navy colored navigation text. Footer should be white with dark text. there needs to be a deleniation from the body either with background color or a border.
