ORD Q&A Pipeline

Generate question-answer pairs from Open Reaction Database (ORD) JSON files using AI.

How to Use

1. 1.Upload files: Choose one of:
2. 2.Upload one or more ORD JSON files
3. 3.Upload a ZIP file containing JSON files
4. 4.Provide a Google Drive link (coming soon)

1. 1.Configure processing:
2. 2.Choose whether to use a custom prompt
3. 3.Set the number of Q&A pairs per file (1-20)
4. 4.Set the starting reaction index
5. 5.Enter your email for notifications

1. 1.Submit: Click "Process Files" and wait for completion

What it does

The system will:

• —Filter reactions that have IUPAC names in their product identifiers
• —Generate Q&A pairs using AI (Grok-4)
• —Create a Google Sheet with results
• —Email you the link when complete
