can you add links to navigate between all the pages like a top menu and a hamburger menu for the mobile version?

I need to make a 5 page website for a home painting company based on the Inland Empire that does commercial and residential interior and exterior painting. Here are the pages: Home, About Us, Services, Project Gallery, Contact Us. The Home Page should have a hero section featuring a painting project, service section with icons, customer testimonials with photos, FAQ accordion, and a prominent call-to-action footer and social media icons. In the About Us page there should be room for their story and a few pictures, plus a yearly timeline from 2010 so I can edit different milestones. Please add a "Contact us" or "Call us for your quote" prompt on every page at the best spots to maximize user engagement.
