Include Home, Login/Signup (mobile OTP + Google), Scheme Finder with filters (sector, district, eligibility, funding type, central/state), Scheme Detail pages with story-based explainer, embedded video + transcript, official source link, downloadable localized PDF summary (A4) with checklist and QR, Video Library, user Dashboard for saved schemes and recommendations, and a full Admin Panel for CRUD, CSV import, verification status, and analytics. Implement full-text search, persistent language switcher, accessibility (WCAG AA), low-bandwidth mode, share-on-WhatsApp/SMS, and analytics (GA4 + admin charts). Seed site with 10 sample schemes across sectors, provide SEO, sitemap, and deliver Git repo, staging URL, DB export, and admin guide. Make UX simple and local-language friendly, with printer-ready PDFs and WhatsApp-friendly teaser clips.
