Try-On Lite (Gradio)

A simple, reliable virtual try-on: upload a person + a garment, paint the area to replace, and we blend with Stable Diffusion Inpainting.

Notes

• —Works on CPU or T4. Enable Persistent Storage so model caches persist in /data/.cache/huggingface.
• —This is a baseline. For higher fidelity, swap the backend to CatVTON later (lighter try-on diffusion; <8 GB VRAM). See: https://huggingface.co/zhengchong/CatVTON
