can you make an website that detects breast cancer by comparing it using thermal images, the app should have LET THE USER UPLOAD DATA SETS THROUGH PHOTOS as basis for comparison, also the app should be usable to anyone who opens it and can be use even offline. the should only focus on the breast heat patterns, it should be precise, consistent and accurate. The app should be able to remember the past photos so that we the same photo will be uploaded it will have the same results. SHOULD BE REALLY PRECISE AND ACCURATE. the app should have capture photo feature and upload photo feature. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ACCESCIBBLE AND CAN BE ANALYZE OR USE TO EVERYONE WHO USES THE WEBSITE
