`COHERE_API_KEY`	Cohere API key (Secondary fallback)
`HF_TOKEN`	Hugging Face token (for Z.ai + MiniMax via Novita)

All secrets are optional — the platform will skip any AI service whose key is missing and fall back to the next available one.
