Can we make the other pages work as well?

now what about the user portal and is this an all in one site where the database is incorporated?

I want to build a great community for neurodivergent individuals to chat with friends, create similar interest groups, and be able to meetup with others locally. I also want there to be a super admin panel to approve of group creations, review reports of messages etc.
