Build an Android prototype app named SafeSight — Background Safe Filter. This is an Android-first native app (Kotlin) that runs as a visible foreground service and does on-device face detection, age-estimation, liveness checks and screen-content filtering. The goal: analyze screen content + camera feed and blur sensitive regions when the viewer is detected to be underage, while preserving strong privacy and user consent. Produce a complete project skeleton (files, manifest, Gradle config, Kotlin sources, layouts, README). Include thorough inline comments and short developer notes where relevant.
