Please all the option to upload excel file or any other text format to upload riders details and passenger details.

I want to create Route optimization app for a fleet of drives in which we could app driver and passenger data to the app and the app then create the best route for the riders. The capacity of the car is 4 person one way ride. The passenger is going from one location to another on different time frame. Please add the same time rides of the passenger to the rider. When the optimized route is created then allow all the routes to be shown on the same map and allow the users to edit the map or other details ike change the rider or change the passenger or delete the passenger from the ride etc.
