the map is still empty

dont use image as theres nothing there, maybe some sort of placeholder that will actually show

there is zemelapis but when i go there it just shows a legend, create a table or something similar basic with clickable icons or buttons which display unique info about the house

you still havent added nothing, add buttons then atleast

there is nothing in the map, as i said add clickable icons or just placeholders to test, after clicking it pop up modal which will show basic info

as i said add css and js files, create custom map can be table with clickable house icons

split it into html css js, add map with svg with selectable houses after selecting popup module with info
