Create a modern installable PWA listings app called Toronto Listings where users enter either what they are looking for or what they want to sell into a search bar with toggle buy or sell buttons. The search bar is an AI powered smart search that utilizes a multi modal LLM and EmbeddingsGemma for vectorizing search database so that only the best most relevant searches pop up. Create a smart filter that organizes data by neighbourhood, price, new vs used and other relevant parameters.
