This Space provides a Gradio demo for SCAIL-2.

It uses the Comfy-Org single-file DiT checkpoint together with the official SCAIL-2 inference code and base assets. Upload a reference character image and prepared driving inputs to generate a character-animation or replacement video.

The first startup downloads model assets and can take several minutes.
