create me a react component named NavbarIcon.jsx with its NavbarIcon.css that takes text as prop (or image for logo) then i will put it in container called Navbar.jsx, make it look moden,luxurious.Use colors:black,dark grey and accents in red or golden.Make it cast shadow and put colors in variables so i can use then throughout the page
