change the hero into parallax and have the navbar stick to top

create a hypersurreal website for an entertainment company that manages artists. the UI must be animated with movements of the mouse, smooth scroll, parallax background that is unique and flow through the whole website. sections[Home, About us, Artists, Bookings, Contact us footer]. add special effects javascript frameworks to do the animations. have icons, website must be responsive, have Artist profile cards on an animated slidshow with arrows. name of the website is Heat Ent. have social media icons stick to left centered on the hero. logo must be in the middle of navbar, hamburger icon on the left of the nav bar for a left sidebar with menu items on mobile and menu items listed on the right of the navbar. add any enhancement to make the UX interactive and the website should be appealing with dark and system colour them toggle. colours must be yellow and blue highlights in system default. add a contact form and social media icons in the footer
