Based on the idea of the service https://www.lagenhetsbyte.se, create a web-based app with mobile device compatibility that allows people to create listings for rental cntract (housing) swaps. It should have the same basic functionalities as lägenhetsbyte but have improved UX such as including a "swipe" between contracts similar to the functionality found in dating apps. The service should be a freemium with paid subscriptions offering premium services such as unlimited swipes and access to immediate contact
