can you make me an up-to date azur lane wiki that contains literally everything related to the game, character tier list that's organized by ship type, best equipment for each ship, detailed data with charts for damage calculation for each ship, and pretty much include data from suchigama's, samheart, azurlane.koumakan,jp, azur lane ectl, as well as other high quality azur lane guide resources to help build the perfect wiki. i want the wiki to be well designed with an extremely intuitive ui and ux so that it is easy to navigate while being very nice on the eyes.
