Evidence-grounded shelf checks using synthetic images, retail knowledge and deterministic 4C verification.

This public prototype demonstrates how a visual shelf-gap observation can be checked against price-tag, planogram and inventory evidence before it becomes an operational claim. It includes 16 labelled AI-generated evidence cases and a lightweight upload-based candidate scan.

Public-demo boundary

The repository contains a deliberately limited demonstration shell. It does not expose production knowledge ingestion, LLM Wiki construction, rule-extraction logic, constraint services, audit infrastructure, evaluation operations, approval workflows or deployment templates.

All images and records are synthetic. This demo does not initiate purchasing, replenishment or staff actions. An authorised person must confirm any operational decision.
