Interactive demo of **OpenDDE**, an open-source all-atom biomolecular foundation model (AlphaFold3 family) from Aureka Research.

Paste a single-letter protein amino-acid sequence; the app runs a single-sequence prediction (no MSA / templates) and returns an interactive 3D structure (coloured by pLDDT), a downloadable .cif file, and confidence metrics (pLDDT, pTM).
