Adjustable filters for governance thresholds and impact levels.

Generates a downloadable Executive PDF Report summarizing results.

Submit initiatives through the Google Form (or update the Google Sheet directly).

The responses feed into the visualization.

Use filters on the sidebar to explore results.

Click Generate PDF to export insights for executives.

This demo is connected to a published Google Sheet CSV. You can replace it with your own data by editing the Google Sheet link in the app code.
