🚗 Road Accident Risk Predictor

Estimates a road segment's accident risk (0–1) from its layout, conditions and history — Kaggle Playground Series S5E10 (metric: RMSE), and the Stack Overflow companion web-app challenge.

This Space embeds the live Streamlit app (https://ubv-road-accident-risk.streamlit.app). A single LightGBM regressor serves the prediction; the competition notebook reaches ≈ 0.0560 OOF RMSE with a 4-model stack.
