app is not working fix this and make fully useable

now application is not working ,nothing working

there is a problem while writing notes by voice, app automatically deleting my old text that i speak when stop speaking and start speaking after little time . app should write until i stop recording. and add new feature , i can download my any notes. and i can also able to make category of my notes

Create a Notes App, with a notes section, and a history section. with option voice to writes notes
