Live demo of a 1D-CNN trained on the PTB-XL dataset for multi-label classification of 12-lead ECGs across 5 diagnostic superclasses: NORM, MI, STTC, CD, HYP.

How to use

1. 1.Upload a CSV with shape 1000 rows × 12 columns (100 Hz, 10 seconds, standard 12-lead order: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V1–V6), or
2. 2.Click one of the preloaded PTB-XL examples.

Model

Model, normalisation parameters, and per-class decision thresholds are pulled from `Steenslid/ecg-ptbxl-classification` at startup.
