Wind Field Spatio-Temporal Super-Resolution Tool

This Space hosts a Gradio application for spatio-temporal super-resolution of ERA5 wind fields. Upload an ERA5 NetCDF file and an optional land-sea mask file to generate high-resolution wind fields and visualizations.

Features

  • —Single Time Mode: Generate wind field and wind speed heatmap visualizations for a selected time point.
  • —Full File Mode: Reconstruct the entire NetCDF file with high-resolution wind fields.
  • —Visualizations include original and reconstructed wind fields and wind speed heatmaps.

Usage

  1. 1.Upload an ERA5 NetCDF file (.nc) containing u10, v10, msl, t2m, and valid_time.
  2. 2.Optionally upload a land-sea mask file (.nc).
  3. 3.Select Single Time Mode to choose a specific time or Full File Mode to process the entire file.
  4. 4.Click Submit to generate visualizations and download the reconstructed NetCDF file.
