Attention Dynamics Explorer

Paper-facing demo for Attention Dynamics in Diffusion Models: A Visual Analytics Framework for Human-AI Collaboration by Yiran Xiao and George Legrady.

This Space serves a precomputed visual analytics interface for inspecting token-level cross-attention dynamics over diffusion denoising steps. It includes temporal attention summaries, k=4 phase segmentation, token-pair overlap/dominance metrics, and available spatial competition panels.

Recommended start: open bird_04 for a complete example with the token-pair spatial competition panel. apple_02 is retained for the remote user-study tasks, but its current manifest does not include spatial competition PNGs.

The demo uses offline data only; it does not run Stable Diffusion or DAAM inference on Hugging Face.
