The canonical logbook now includes a targeted v2 completion for the three claims left inconclusive in the first judged revision:

python upgrade_v2_remaining_claims.py

It validates an all-breakpoint parametric min-cut algorithm, executes explicit Appendix-B reduction certificates, and pins the primary-source 52-edge routing statement separately from the independent multi-seed diagnostic.
