make the system name "RoomWise ISU" and fix css like put the add room and add schedule when clicked on the middle and theme color green

make the SR part an image for logo or icon (just a vacant image)

close when u clicked again the add room and add schedule

in the schedule graph make a chart for the schedules

make me a simple school room utilization system (the system should view current section that is using the room and can manage rooms. sections should be BSIT NS, WMAD, and BPO. it should also can create and manage room schedules)
