build an app that incorporates the principles of law under the US constitution, common law, US codes, statutes and US Supreme Court case Law and precedents that can identify mandated statutes, codes, and legislation as well as state codes that conflict with and are abhorrent to the constitution, maxims of law and common law jurisprudence? Also give the app AI capabilities that allow the app to observe and interact with citizen's to advise of right's and inform law enforcement in an auditory capacity of policy limitations etc. via the app by allowing access to the phone's mic and camera to audit the conduct of police and protect the safety of the citizen to allow the law to be administered correctly at all times.
